I led the end-to-end UX/UI for Zircly, an HRMS and employee experience platform. By grounding my work in thorough user research, I was able to streamline user journeys, improve screen clarity, and create more intuitive navigation. These design improvements made it easier for both HR teams and employees to start using the platform, leading to a 32% organic increase in product sales.

I simplified workflows and user interfaces for QA Touch, a test case management tool. By focusing on core modules like onboarding, dashboards and integration setting. Using a process of rapid prototyping with testers and qa leads, I was able to make fast improvements. This approach led to a 17% increase in user engagement and a 13% rise in upgrades from free trials to paid plans, helping teams quickly see the tool's value.

I contributed to Kothai, a Tamil language initiative by DCKAP. I was responsible for the UX/UI design of the Tamil keyboard app, where I conducted heatmap analysis of human finger movements to identify the most frequently used Tamil letters by users to create a unique, optimized mobile keyboard layout. I led the entire design process, from research to launch, crafting all UI and validating designs through A/B testing and user surveys. The app's strong adoption on both the Play Store and App Store resulted in 4.5-star average rating.
